The design concept behind it is as follows:

BASKETBALL.FILIPINO.SYDNEY. The 3 Elements that needs to blend in and represent our league.

BASKETBALL – Love of the Game, Love of Country. Basketball and the Sun in our Philippine flag forms half of the circle.  

FILIPINO – Colour ways represents the colours in both Philippine and Australian flag.

SYDNEY – The Sydney Opera House Silhouette. Our league needs to have the most Iconic landmark in Sydney Australia. And what better way than to have the Sydney Opera House  

                  Silhouette to form the other half of the circle. It also represents our Aussie brothers in our league.

PBAS – Philippine Basketball Australia Sydney Aiming High to provide its members an avenue not only as a physical activity but to meet, befriend and understand people from different backgrounds and unite in the spirit of sportsmanship through our love of the game of Basketball.
